Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IndexTTS2, Bilibili's industrial-grade AI text-to-speech platform that enables zero-shot voice cloning, multilingual synthesis, and real-time audio generation. By using the marketing site, live demo, or any paid features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately via the contact page.

Using IndexTTS2

• The landing page and live demo are provided so you can experience zero-shot voice cloning directly in your browser. Certain advanced features may require a paid subscription.
• You must have all rights, permissions, or licenses necessary to submit audio references or text prompts. Do not upload content you are not authorized to use, including voices or scripts that infringe on privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• You may not use IndexTTS2 to create or distribute audio that is deceptive, harmful, or illegal, including deepfakes without consent, harassment, hate speech, or any material that violates applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not reverse engineer, probe, or abuse our infrastructure, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or interfere with the experience of other users.

Voice cloning responsibilities

• Zero-shot voice cloning is powerful and should be used responsibly. You must obtain explicit permission from any individual whose voice you clone and respect all applicable laws governing biometric data.
• If you generate audio that simulates a real person, you are responsible for disclosing the synthetic nature of the output when required by law or platform policies.
• We reserve the right to monitor for misuse, restrict access, or disable features to protect individuals and comply with legal obligations.

Subscriptions, payments, and credits

• Paid plans, credits, or add-ons purchased through Stripe are billed according to the plan details displayed during checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your billing location.
• Subscription charges recur automatically at the interval you select (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) until you cancel through the billing portal or contact support.
• Downgrading or canceling a plan will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing or introduce new plans by providing notice on the site or through email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual property and content ownership

• All platform components—including models, code, design, and documentation—remain the property of IndexTTS2 and its licensors.
• You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate. To operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, store, and display your content as needed to deliver features, comply with the law, and maintain system integrity.
• We may analyze aggregated and de-identified usage data to improve accuracy, expand language support, and keep our models secure.

Service availability and disclaimers

• IndexTTS2 is continually evolving. Features may change, enter beta, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, latency, or specific quality levels.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• You are responsible for evaluating whether generated audio meets your compliance, attribution, or disclosure obligations before distribution.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IndexTTS2 and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

• You may stop using IndexTTS2 at any time. You can delete your account or request deletion through support.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or if we are required to do so by law.
• Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when we release new functionality, adjust business practices, or comply with legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
