About the service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of IndexTTS Online, an independently operated third-party web service for AI text-to-speech and authorized voice cloning using the IndexTTS model family.

IndexTTS Online is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Bilibili or the official IndexTTS team. References to IndexTTS, IndexTTS2, IndexTTS 2.5, Bilibili, or related project names identify third-party technology, research, or source material only.

The publisher and website operator is the independent team responsible for indextts.online, operating under the product identity IndexTTS Online. Our primary public contact is support@indextts.online.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the hosted voice-generation and voice-cloning service and must be legally permitted to use it where you live.

If you sign in, you are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to the identity provider used for sign-in. Do not share authentication links, session credentials, or other access mechanisms in a way that permits unauthorized account use.

You may upload, record, save, clone, or use a reference voice only when you have the rights, permission, consent, or other lawful basis required to do so.

You must not use IndexTTS Online to impersonate a person deceptively, commit fraud, create false endorsements, harass or threaten others, violate privacy or publicity rights, infringe intellectual-property rights, or create or distribute unlawful content.

If you distribute synthetic audio that could reasonably be mistaken for authentic speech by a real person, you are responsible for any disclosure, labeling, consent, or other obligations that apply to your use.

Content moderation and prohibited use

The service prohibits pornography and non-consensual sexual content, graphic violence and credible violent threats, hate speech, child sexual abuse material or sexualization of minors, deceptive or unauthorized impersonation and deepfakes, copyright or trademark infringement, fraud, phishing, harassment, terrorism or violent-extremist promotion, bulk spam, attempts to bypass safeguards, and other unlawful use.

IndexTTS Online uses automated safety checks for synthesis text and may prevent a request from reaching the voice-generation model or prevent generated audio from being released when a request is blocked or requires review. Additional details, reporting procedures, enforcement rules, and appeals are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Reports of unauthorized voice cloning, impersonation, intellectual-property concerns, prohibited content, or other abuse may be sent to support@indextts.online.

Hosted Generator and current models

IndexTTS Online currently provides hosted generation using IndexTTS2 and IndexTTS 2.5, subject to the availability, eligibility, limits, and controls shown in the product.

Generation may use a short authorized reference voice, synthesis text, model selection, language and supported controls such as emotion or pace. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the rights or lawful authority needed for the submitted voice and content.

You may not bypass trial limits, paid entitlements, concurrency controls, object-access restrictions, security checks, safety moderation, payment verification, or anti-abuse protections.

Free trial and service limits

Free access is a finite onboarding trial rather than an unlimited or automatically resetting daily allowance. Current limits are shown in the product and may differ between guest and signed-in users or between IndexTTS2 and IndexTTS 2.5 trial access.

Limits may be enforced by generation count, generated-audio duration, input length, reference-audio size or duration, Saved Voice count, retention period, concurrency, provider-cost guardrails, or anti-abuse controls.

The service may change, suspend, throttle, or discontinue features when necessary for reliability, security, abuse prevention, cost control, legal compliance, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation speed, voice similarity, emotional accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Accounts, Saved Voices, and History

Signed-in users may receive Saved Voices and generation History subject to current plan limits and retention rules. You remain responsible for ensuring that saved reference audio remains lawful for you to store and reuse.

Deleting a Saved Voice may remove access to the associated stored reference audio according to the active service implementation. Generation History and generated-output retention follow the rules applicable to the user's current entitlement.

Voice Pack

IndexTTS Online currently offers a one-time Voice Pack as a non-recurring option for users who need additional generated-audio capacity without a subscription.

At the current published configuration, the Voice Pack costs US$4.99, grants 10 generated-audio minutes, and is valid for 30 days from successful entitlement activation. Usage is deducted based on successful generated-audio duration. The current product also applies generation-length and other operational limits shown in the product.

A Voice Pack does not automatically renew. Unused Voice Pack capacity expires when the applicable validity period ends and does not convert to cash or automatically roll into a subscription.

Pro subscription

The current Pro plan costs US$14.99 per month and includes 100 generated-audio minutes per monthly billing period, together with the Pro limits and features shown on the Pricing page. Unused monthly generated-audio minutes expire at the end of the billing period unless the product expressly states otherwise.

By purchasing Pro, you authorize the applicable checkout/payment provider to charge the disclosed subscription price and applicable taxes on a recurring monthly basis. Pro automatically renews until canceled.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the payment-provider account or consumer portal made available for the purchase, or contact support@indextts.online if you cannot access the available self-service route. Cancellation stops future renewal; access already paid for normally remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law or the payment provider requires a different result.

Payments, refunds, and billing errors

Paid checkout is processed by an external checkout/payment provider. Payment credentials such as full card numbers and card security codes are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

Charges for consumed digital AI-compute services are generally non-refundable except as stated here or where applicable law requires otherwise.

First Pro subscription: a first-time Pro subscriber may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after the first successful Pro charge if total generated-audio usage under that paid subscription has not exceeded 3 generated-audio minutes.
Duplicate or incorrect charge: verified duplicate charges or billing errors are eligible for correction and, where appropriate, refund of the erroneous charge.
Verified material service failure: where a paid entitlement is materially not delivered because of a verified service or payment-processing failure attributable to the service/payment flow, we may provide an appropriate refund, credit, restored entitlement, or other remedy.
Voice Pack consumption: consumed generated-audio capacity is not refundable merely because a user later changes their mind. Verified duplicate charges, failed entitlement delivery, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Mandatory legal rights: non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

To request a refund or billing correction, contact support@indextts.online from the purchase/account email and include the relevant order or transaction identifier and a concise explanation.

Inputs, outputs, and intellectual property

You retain the rights you have in text, reference audio, and other inputs you submit. You also retain any rights you may have in generated output, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and licenses governing underlying models or technology.

You grant IndexTTS Online the limited rights necessary to receive, process, transmit, store, reproduce, moderate, and delete inputs and outputs to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service.

The IndexTTS Online website, original application code, original design, and original editorial content are owned by us or our licensors. The IndexTTS model family, third-party software, trademarks, research media, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

Third-party services

Operating the service requires third-party services that may include hosting and networking, object storage and databases, AI inference, identity/authentication, security and content safety, analytics, advertising and advertising measurement, and checkout/payment processing. Use of those services is also subject to the relevant provider terms where applicable.

Suspension and termination

We may block requests, prevent release of audio, restrict or suspend access, remove stored content where appropriate, or terminate access when we reasonably believe use violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, creates security or abuse risk, infringes third-party rights, bypasses enforced limits, threatens service reliability, or must be restricted to comply with law.

You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription is governed by the rules above. Data deletion and retention remain subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexTTS Online is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed model results.

You are responsible for reviewing generated audio before publication and for determining whether your use complies with applicable law, platform rules, contracts, consent requirements, and third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndexTTS Online and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as product capabilities, models, pricing, service-provider categories, safety requirements, payment operations, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current published version.
