IndexTTS2 is Bilibili's industrial-grade AI text-to-speech system that offers zero-shot voice cloning, multilingual synthesis, and a browser-based demo. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we handle when you visit our marketing site, experiment with the live demo, or create an account for premium features.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Account and profile details such as your name, email address, password, and organization when you sign up or log in.
• Support requests and other messages you send through forms or email, including attachments and metadata needed to follow up.
• Billing information like country, VAT number, or plan selection; payment card details are processed on Stripe-hosted pages and never touch our servers.

Content you generate with IndexTTS2

• Text prompts and settings you submit in the demo or dashboard while generating speech.
• Reference audio you upload or record for voice cloning. For the embedded demo, processing occurs inside the Hugging Face Space we run; audio is deleted once the session ends unless you explicitly save it.
• Generated outputs such as streaming audio or downloadable files you request.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this to keep the service secure and understand performance.
• Log data from our infrastructure (e.g., request IDs, error traces, authentication events) that helps us diagnose issues and prevent abuse.
• Analytics data captured via privacy-focused tools like Seline Analytics (enabled only in production) to measure feature adoption and improve the landing page.

How we use information

• Provide the service: Authenticate users, render speech using the voices and settings you choose, and deliver the outputs you request.
• Operate the live demo: Securely route text and audio to our Hugging Face Space, enforce fair-use limits, and prevent misuse.
• Improve IndexTTS2: Analyze aggregated usage and performance data to prioritize new languages, refine voice quality, and enhance the user experience.
• Process payments: Manage subscriptions, issue invoices, and send billing reminders through Stripe.

How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run IndexTTS2:

• Hosting and infrastructure partners supply the compute, storage, and networking required to serve the app and real-time audio generation.
• Hugging Face/Gradio powers the embedded demo at indexteam-indextts-2-demo.hf.space, processing text, audio, and configuration data you provide for zero-shot voice cloning.
• Stripe manages secure payment processing, subscription billing, and related notifications.
• Seline Analytics (when enabled) provides privacy-focused visitor analytics for the landing page using aggregated data.
• Resend or similar email providers deliver transactional and support emails.
• Customer support tools store tickets and conversation history when you contact us.

Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform their services and must handle it according to our instructions.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, to protect vital interests, or to enforce our agreements.

Data retention

• Account data is kept while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or audit requirements.
• Demo inputs and outputs are stored temporarily to generate speech and maintain logs; they are removed after processing unless you save them within your account.
• Support communications are retained so we can respond to you and maintain records of our interactions.
• Analytics data is aggregated and retained for trend analysis for up to 24 months.

If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless we need to keep it for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, infrastructure monitoring, and routine reviews of our dependencies. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

International transfers

IndexTTS2 may process and store data in countries other than where you reside. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards when transferring data internationally and require our partners to do the same.

Your rights
