About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how IndexTTS Online uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies to operate the service, remember interface state, secure product actions, measure broad website usage, support checkout, and display or measure advertising when enabled.

IndexTTS Online is an independent third-party service and is not operated by Bilibili or the official IndexTTS team.

Essential cookies and browser storage

Essential storage may be used for functions that cannot reliably work without persistent browser state, including:

authentication and session state for signed-in users;
the signed anonymous-session identifier used for trial limits and claim flows;
the selected interface-language preference;
security state used to protect authenticated or anonymous product actions;
temporary session state used to resume an active generation or complete sign-in, checkout, claim, or save flows.

Blocking or deleting essential storage may sign you out, reset anonymous product state, prevent a generation from being resumed, or make some features unavailable.

Local and session storage

The product may use local or session storage for limited client-side state such as a currently active generation identifier, pending reference-voice state during a sign-in flow, first-party conversion/session attribution, and language or interface preferences.

Browser storage is not the source of truth for account entitlements, quotas, generation ownership, Voice Pack balances, subscriptions, Saved Voices, or payment status. Authoritative checks are performed by the service on the server.

Security and abuse prevention

Security providers may process cookies or technical browser signals needed to determine whether traffic is legitimate and to protect generation, authentication, and checkout flows. These controls are used for security and abuse prevention rather than to create advertising audiences.

The service may also use signed anonymous identity and pseudonymous or hashed network signals for quota and anti-abuse controls, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Analytics cookies and measurement

When website analytics are enabled, measurement services may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to understand sessions and broad website interactions. Depending on configuration, measurement may include approximate location, browser/device information, referring sources, page views, feature interactions, and conversion events.

Analytics help us understand acquisition and product funnels. They are not the authoritative source for hosted-product quotas, purchases, generations, Saved Voices, or account status.

Advertising cookies and current status

IndexTTS Online does not currently load a third-party display-ad network on its public product pages, and the previous Google AdSense configuration has been removed. We therefore do not currently load Google AdSense advertising cookies for display ads.

If display advertising is enabled again in the future, we will update this policy before enabling the relevant advertising cookies or similar technologies and will apply any consent controls required for affected regions.

Where required for Google advertising in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another applicable jurisdiction, we intend to use a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework requirements.

Visitors in those regions may be asked to make advertising-consent choices before personalized-ad processing occurs. Depending on the choice, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or unavailable.

Consent controls do not replace browser controls and may be updated when our advertising configuration changes.

Payments and checkout

IndexTTS Online supports one-time Voice Pack purchases and a recurring Pro plan. An external checkout provider may use cookies or browser storage needed to provide checkout, fraud prevention, order attribution, and payment-related functionality.

Payment credentials such as full card numbers and card security codes are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as ordinary IndexTTS Online browser state.

External media and resources

Some official IndexTTS research or demo media displayed on the site may be loaded directly from external media hosts. When your browser requests those resources, the hosting service may receive standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and its own cookies where applicable.

Managing cookies and storage

You can delete or block cookies and site storage through your browser settings. You can also clear site data for IndexTTS Online to reset local or session state.

Disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in, anonymous trial tracking, security checks, language preferences, checkout resume, Saved Voice claim flows, or generation-resume behavior from working correctly.

If a consent interface is shown in your region, you can also use that interface for applicable advertising and measurement choices.

Do we use precise location cookies?

IndexTTS Online does not need browser GPS coordinates for its ordinary voice-generation workflow. We may derive approximate country or region from a network request for security, localization, product analysis, and advertising or measurement configuration. Approximate network location is not the same as precise geolocation.

If a future feature requests precise browser location, we will update the relevant notice and request permission where required before using it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when browser storage, analytics, authentication, security, payments, advertising, consent tooling, or other integrations change. The revision date above identifies the current published version.
